Ashley McGinnis looks to lead her team, the Similkameen Starbirds, to a second consecutive victory in one of the largest all-Indigenous basketball tournaments in Canada, the All-Native Basektball Tournament. Jade Montgomery Waardenburg

Jade Montgomery-Waardenburg has been able to dribble since she was 2 years old, but will her honed skills be enough for the Starbirds to win their second consecutive All-Native Basketball Tournament?

Talon Weasel Head

Talon Weasel Head has 3 priorities: Family, School, and Basketball. Talon must show off his skills after making the elite Kakatosiiks travel team. Their first test as a team is NABI—the Native American Basketball Invitational in Phoenix, Arizona.
